We encourage you to contact us the very first time you are thinking of moving to this fine state. If you give us a general outline of your needs, we will help you determine where the best part of New Hampshire is that will satisfy those needs. After nine corporate moves, we understand the confusion associated with a move and we take genuine enjoyment helping folks establish the path to a successful transfer. Although we think that Exeter and the surrounding Seacoast towns are heavenly, they may not fit your needs and we want you to realize that up front. Over the years, we have helped customers discover the most efficient highway network to use to get to Boston, Logan Airport or other Massachusetts locations. Many customers have asked our advice on purchasing a cabin near the White Mountains and we have recommended real estate friends that we have known for years and who specialize in the north country. Others, who want a complete lifestyle change, have requested our expertise on campgrounds and mobile home parks, so that they can buy a business and a home, simultaneously. We know that many times the general conception of New Hampshire is based on national news and magazine articles. On a map, it might seem reasonable to live in Nashua and commute to Stoneham. In actual practice, it would be far less nerve racking to live on the Seacoast and use the relatively easy drive on I-95. The same applies to Logan. There are no bridges or tunnels between the Seacoast and the airport, which is a time-consuming problem for other New Hampshire communities. On the other hand, we might suggest the Manchester Airport; Logan Airport is no longer the issue. In the real estate industry, there are several ways of breaking down the business into workable units. In Residential real estate, the most obvious is location and in the more populated metropolitan areas we have chosen individuals for their knowledge of their territory. Although Murphy & Murphy Real Estate covers most of the Seacoast and several portions of southern New Hampshire, we know our limits and do not try to venture beyond them. Our company has developed close alliances with other brokers throughout the State of New Hampshire. The people we have selected to join this alliance are professionals who have agreed to honor our commitment to ethics and professionalism. |
